消息面上，迅策科技7月19日宣布，与洪泰基金母公司青岛鑫宸科创实业有限公司正式签署战略合作备忘录。根据协议，双方将围绕TokenOS系统，在投资研究、投后管理、被投企业AI赋能等核心场景展开深度合作，共同探索数据Token化治理与商业化服务的新路径。
此次合作的核心看点在于，迅策科技TokenOS操作系统首次系统性、规模性进入私募股权投资领域。对私募股权机构而言，投资研究、投后管理和被投企业赋能本身都依赖大量数据处理、知识管理和流程协同，TokenOS的落地意味着相关场景开始引入“AI原生、Token原生”的基金管理工具。
公司方面表示，此次合作标志着“AI原生、Token原生”的基金管理新范式正在加速落地，也为后续与其他基金公司的合作树立可复制的标杆模板。
