On November 10, the Taiyuan Public Resource Trading Center released the "Prequalification Announcement for Public Area Interior Finishing Works in District (B) of Jinyuan District’s Jinsheng Village and Jizhen Village Urban Redevelopment Resettlement Project."

The announcement indicates that the project was approved by the Taiyuan Development and Reform Commission under document No. [2019]36. The construction is managed by Taiyuan Guotou Jinyuan Development Co., Ltd., with funding fully self-raised by the enterprise. The bidding agency is Shanxi Wenchang Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd.

**Project Overview**: Located in Jinyuan District, Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, the project spans approximately 200,000 square meters and includes 14 individual structures: - Buildings 1# to 7# - Commercial units S-1#, S-2#, No. 3, and No. 4 - A kindergarten - A heating station - An underground parking facility

The site is bounded by Jinyang Avenue to the east, Jingsan Road to the west, Power Plant North Street to the south, and Weiyi Road to the north.

**Bidding Scope**: This tender covers interior finishing works for public areas in District (B) of the resettlement project, based on the provided construction drawings. The project is divided into one bidding section.
