2026年5月27日，威高股份(01066)发布公告称，公司于当日在香港联交所场内回购股份。此次回购数量为14万股，占当日已发行股本约0.0031%，回购价介乎每股3.41港元至3.44港元，涉资约47.86万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本变动为4,465,696,324股，库藏股数增至56,636,000股。根据公告，回购授权于2025年5月27日获股东大会通过，公司可回购股份总数为451,560,392股，截至目前累计回购49,987,600股，占授权当日已发行股本约11.07%。
公司同时确认，本次回购行为已经获得董事会正式授权，并符合香港联交所相关上市规则和适用法律法规的规定。公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
