Digital Domain Holdings Limited announced that Executive Director Dr. Sun Ta-Chien and Non-Executive Director Wang Wei-Chung will retire at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting scheduled for 29 June 2026. Dr. Sun will simultaneously step down from the executive committee.

Both directors cited other professional commitments as the reason for not seeking re-election. The company confirmed that neither individual has any disagreements with the Board, and no matters require shareholder attention in connection with their departures. As a result, resolution nos. 2(b) and 2(d) in the AGM notice will be withdrawn.

The Board, chaired by Wong Cheung Lok, expressed appreciation for the contributions of Dr. Sun and Mr. Wang during their tenure. As of the announcement date (26 June 2026), Digital Domain’s Board comprises two executive directors (Wong Cheung Lok and Dr. Sun Ta-Chien), two non-executive directors (Chu Wing Sze and Wang Wei-Chung), and four independent non-executive directors (Lau Cheong, Duan Xiongfei, Dr. Elizabeth Monk Daley, and Woo King Hang).
