HOPSON DEV HOLD Reports 56.79% Drop in First-Half Contracted Sales to Approximately RMB 3.43 Billion

HOPSON DEV HOLD (00754) has announced its financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026.

The total contracted sales value for the group, its joint ventures, and associates was approximately RMB 3.426 billion, representing a year-on-year decrease of about 56.79%.

Within this total, property contracted sales amounted to roughly RMB 2.969 billion, while fitting-out contracted sales contributed approximately RMB 457 million.

For the single month of June 2026, the total contracted sales value reached about RMB 636 million.

This monthly figure comprised property sales of around RMB 601 million and fitting-out sales of about RMB 35 million.

Over the first half of the year, the total contracted sales area for properties reached approximately 167,839 square meters.

The average selling price for these property contracts was about RMB 17,690 per square meter.

During the same period, the total contracted sales area for non-self-invested properties managed under the "Hesheng" brand agency construction model was about 14,190 square meters.

The corresponding contracted sales value for these agency-managed properties was approximately RMB 821 million.

In June 2026 alone, the contracted sales area for properties under this agency construction management model was about 2,991 square meters, generating a sales value of around RMB 230 million.
