WLS Holdings updates GEM company profile; confirms 718.36 million shares outstanding and multi-segment construction-finance operations

WLS Holdings Limited has filed an updated Company Information Sheet with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s GEM board, effective 29 May 2026.

The Cayman Islands-incorporated and Bermuda-registered group, first listed on 7 December 2001, reported 718.36 million ordinary shares in issue at a par value of HK$0.01 each. Trading is conducted in board lots of 10,000 shares.

Operations span four segments: 1) scaffolding, fitting-out and auxiliary construction services; 2) money-lending; 3) securities investment; and 4) asset management.

Corporate governance remains unchanged, with Executive Directors Li Zhenxing and Ma Pun Fai joined by Independent Non-Executive Directors Lo Ka Ki, Gong Qiuyun and Chan Ka Yee.

The company’s financial year ends on 30 April. Infinity CPA Limited continues as auditor, while Ocorian Management (Bermuda) Limited and Tricor Investor Services Limited serve as principal and Hong Kong share registrars, respectively.

No warrants, options, or other listed securities are outstanding, and no group entities are separately listed on either GEM or the Main Board.
