Newtrend Group Holding Co., Ltd. disclosed that Non-Executive Director Xiao Fan has submitted his resignation, citing personal and family reasons. The resignation will take effect on 18 July 2026.

According to the Board, Xiao Fan has no disagreements with fellow directors, and no issues need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. His departure will not reduce the Board below its required quorum, ensuring continued normal operations.
