1957 & CO. (08495) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$435 million, representing a decrease of 7.48% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to the company's owners was HK$1.008 million, narrowing by 13.48% year-on-year. The loss per share was HK$0.26 cent.

Revenue generated from the operation of Shanghai-style restaurants decreased by approximately HK$6.5 million, or about 2.9%, from approximately HK$221 million for the year ended December 31, 2024, to approximately HK$214 million for the year ended December 31, 2025. The decrease in revenue was primarily due to a significant sales decline resulting from the closure of the Shi Li Yang Chang restaurant in April 2025. Although the two new Yu • Jia Shanghai restaurants opened in 2024 in Tseung Kwan O's The LOHAS and Sham Shui Po's V Walk contributed revenue for the full year in 2025, compared to only a partial period in 2024, the incremental sales revenue was offset by the negative impact of the restaurant closure, leading to an overall decline in sales revenue.
