2026年8月14日，北京京城机电股份有限公司（00187）披露《2026年半年度募集资金存放、管理与实际使用情况专项报告》。
本次非公开发行A股股票于2020年6月29日完成，募集资金总额2.15亿元（214,830,000.00元），扣除发行费用7,524,599.36元后，募集资金净额2.07亿元（207,305,400.64元），并于2020年7月1日全部划入专户。
截至2026年6月30日，公司累计投入募集资金19,734.11万元（折合1.97亿元），其中2026年半年度投入14.00万元；募集资金专户余额为0元，全部专户已于2026年2月注销。
募投项目执行情况如下：
1. 四型瓶智能化数控生产线建设项目已累计投入52,000,000.00万元，投入进度100%；
2. 偿还控股股东及金融机构债务项目已累计投入128,020,400.64万元，投入进度100%；
3. 氢能产品研发项目截至报告期末累计投入17,320,711.13万元，投入进度63.48%。
2026年1月，“氢能产品研发项目”结项后产生节余募集资金1,023.70万元，已于2026年2月全部用于永久补充流动资金。
报告期内，公司未出现变更募投项目、以闲置募集资金暂补流动资金、进行现金管理或使用超募资金等情形；募集资金使用及信息披露不存在违规。
公司董事会确认，募集资金已按相关法规及《募集资金管理办法》规定使用，并持续接受保荐机构和银行的三方监管。
