8月13日，顺豪物业投资有限公司（股票代码：00219）与华大酒店投资有限公司（股票代码：00201）联合公告称，双方已决定不再推进此前提出的三项建议交易，包括：1）顺豪物业投资有限公司的股份转让；2）可能进行的场外股份回购；3）特别股息建议。
公告回顾显示，相关建议交易最早由华大酒店、顺豪物业及顺豪控股有限公司（股份代号：253）于2026年5月10日共同披露，并于2026年6月1日、6月30日及7月3日、8月3日陆续发布延迟寄发及更新公告。交易落实需满足若干条件，包括在华大酒店股东特别大会获得独立股东的批准。
公司表示，自5月10日公告以来，华大酒店收到市场及股东对建议交易的多项意见和反馈，导致拟寄发通函所需时间远超预期，延长了各方的不确定性。鉴于时间表及能否完成交易仍具不确定性，即便投入更多资源亦难以解决，上述各方已于2026年8月13日一致同意终止股份回购及相关交易。
华大酒店董事会及顺豪物业董事会均认为，终止相关建议交易不会对各自集团的现有营运、业务或财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。两家公司将继续专注于现有业务运营，并适时就未来发展向股东及市场披露最新信息。
