隽泰控股有限公司（00630）9月8日在港交所公告称，公司已向独立第三方BFB Group Limited出售24,556,500股BFB Health Limited（205）股份，总代价约为1,055.90万元（10,559,000港元），不含交易成本，平均作价每股0.43港元。交易完成后，隽泰控股已不再持有任何BFB Health股份。
根据香港《上市规则》第14章，该交易按合并基准计算的最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易。
公司已收到所得款项约1,060.00万元（10,600,000港元），预计在核数师最终审核后，将就本次交易确认约640.00万元（6,400,000港元）的收益。所得资金拟用于一般营运资金、优化医疗产品组合采购存货及未来投资，计划于2026年12月31日前全部使用完毕。
隽泰控股表示，出售BFB Health股份有助于降低持仓波动风险、提高资产流动性和资金周转效率，并支持其现有医疗业务的进一步发展。
