Key operating scale and ratings • Managed 3,864 projects covering 503 million sqm across 193 mainland cities, maintaining a top-4 industry ranking. • Received an “A” Wind ESG rating and a 15.2 (industry “low risk”) score from Sustainalytics.
Governance and compliance • Three-tier ESG governance structure led by the Board; dedicated Risk Management Committee met twice during the year. • 100% of employees submitted annual business-ethics declarations; 100% of suppliers signed Integrity Agreements. • Zero corruption or unfair-competition cases recorded in 2025.
Service quality and customer focus • Complaint resolution rate reached 98%; post-resolution satisfaction stood at 95%. • Four-level quality inspection produced 30,540 on-site checks; 98.37% of 312,981 identified issues were rectified. • Built 87 benchmark quality projects; introduced tiered service standards covering 24 scenarios across four residential product lines.
Digital and smart-service expansion • Rolled out A-Steward app, intelligent access, energy-management and asset-management platforms; added AI outbound-call bots and integrated command centres to enhance customer response times.

Supply-chain resilience • Active supplier base of 1,798, all of which signed Integrity Agreements; 100% compliance audits completed.
Environmental performance and targets • Total greenhouse-gas emissions: 219,117.90 tCO₂e, comprising 7,737.25 tCO₂e (Scope 1), 210,688.29 tCO₂e (Scope 2) and 692.35 tCO₂e (Scope 3: waste). • Total energy consumption: 422.62 million kWh; water use: 3.36 million m³. • Hazardous waste: 0.19 tonne; non-hazardous waste: 2.76 tonnes. • 2025 targets set: 5% year-on-year reductions in electricity, water and hazardous-waste generation; achieve operational carbon neutrality by 2060. • Energy-saving retrofits included 22,000 lighting upgrades, intelligent HVAC group-control systems and solar street-light installations; pilot commercial offices posted 30% HVAC energy-use cuts.
Community and public-welfare commitment • Hosted 5,300 community cultural events engaging 500,000+ residents. • Expanded “Xiaoya Commune 3.0” brand; delivered nationwide children’s arts, festive and wellbeing programmes. • Advanced rural-revitalisation initiatives via direct-sourcing partnerships with agricultural bases; conducted beach-clean-up drives and veteran-support visits.
Outlook A-Living plans to embed its ESG roadmap deeper into operations, sharpen low-carbon initiatives and replicate benchmark service projects nationwide while maintaining strict governance and stakeholder-centric transparency.
