YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123) announced that in September 2025, the company achieved contract sales (including contract sales from joint venture and associate projects) of approximately RMB 6.801 billion, representing a year-on-year decrease of about 5.7%. The contract sales area reached approximately 242,700 square meters, down about 3.1% compared to the same period last year.

From January to September 2025, the company's cumulative contract sales (including contract sales from joint venture and associate projects) totaled approximately RMB 79.812 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of about 2.8%. The cumulative contract sales area was approximately 2.0484 million square meters, representing a year-on-year decline of about 22.1%. The cumulative contract sales amount accounts for approximately 66.2% of the company's 2025 contract sales target of RMB 120.5 billion.

In September 2025, a subsidiary in which the company holds a 95.00% equity interest acquired a land plot in Hangzhou through public tender. The land plot is located in the central area of Yunhe New Town in Gongshu District, Hangzhou, with a total buildable area of approximately 98,001 square meters and is designated for residential use. The land price representing the company's actual equity interest amounts to approximately RMB 1.264 billion.
