Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited (Tenfu) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange detailing a fresh on-market repurchase of 6,000 ordinary shares on 20 October 2026. The shares were bought at prices between HKD 2.57 and HKD 2.60, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 15,510. All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation; none will be held as treasury stock.

The latest purchase leaves Tenfu’s outstanding share capital unchanged at 1.08 billion shares because the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled as of the reporting date. Treasury share balance remains at zero.

Since the current buy-back mandate was approved on 11 May 2026—authorising the company to repurchase up to 108.28 million shares—Tenfu has accumulated 386,000 repurchased shares, equivalent to 0.04% of the issued capital on the mandate date. The company has therefore utilised approximately 0.36% of its authorised limit.

Listing rules impose a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales following the repurchase; for Tenfu, this restriction extends to 19 November 2026. The board confirmed that all repurchase activities complied with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 10.06 and other applicable regulations.

Across 55 on-market transactions executed between 3 July and 20 October 2026, a total of 209,000 shares remain pending cancellation. Transaction prices over this period ranged from HKD 2.55 to HKD 2.71 per share, aligning with the HKD 2.585 average price paid on 20 October. Once the outstanding cancellations are processed, Tenfu’s issued share base will contract marginally, further concentrating shareholder equity.
