昆仑能源(00135)于2026年4月28日发布翌日披露报表，公告当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股53.2万股，约占公司已发行股本的0.0061%。每股回购价格介乎港币7.45元至7.57元，合计支付约398.40万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持8,658,801,708股，库藏股数量仍为0股。
据披露，回购基于2025年5月29日通过的购回授权，该授权允许公司购回最多865,880,170股。公司迄今已累计回购9,438,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.109%。公司方面表示，相关交易符合香港联交所主板上市规则及适用法规。
