信义能源控股有限公司（03868）8月14日公告，董事会获悉，鉴于个人原因，现任公司秘书兼上市规则第3.05条授权代表朱燦辉先生将于2026年8月31日辞任，并确认与董事会无意见分歧，亦无其他需要提请股东及香港联合交易所有限公司关注的事项。董事会对朱先生任内所作出的贡献表示感谢。 公告同时披露，公司已委任林志光先生为新任公司秘书，并出任上市规则第3.05条下的授权代表，任命自2026年9月1日起生效。 林志光先生现年43岁，于2023年10月加入联交所主板上市公司信义光能控股有限公司（00968）担任高级财务经理，协助财务总监监督集团财务运营。此前，林先生拥有13年的审计及会计从业经历，其中在罗兵咸永道会计师事务所服务8年，并曾就职于多家商业机构及专业事务所。林先生为香港会计师公会会员，2007年获中国广州中山大学工商管理学士学位。 截至公告日期，信义能源董事会由四名执行董事（李圣潑、董清世、董貺漄、李友情）及三名独立非执行董事（梁廷育、叶国谦、吕芳）组成。
