WKK International Secures Overwhelming Shareholder Support for All AGM and SGM Resolutions

Wong’s Kong King International (Holdings) Limited (WKK International) received near-unanimous backing for every motion tabled at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Special General Meeting (SGM) held on 29 June 2026 in Hong Kong. All resolutions were passed by poll in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

AGM highlights • Financial Statements: The audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025 and accompanying reports were approved with 432.51 million votes in favour (99.96%). • Board Composition: Independent non-executive directors Mr Tse Wan Chung Philip and Dr Leung Kam Fong were each re-elected with 99.98% support, while Dr Yip Wai Chun secured 100.00% approval. • Directors’ Fees: Shareholders unanimously (100.00% votes in favour) authorised the board to determine directors’ remuneration. • Auditor Re-appointment: PricewaterhouseCoopers was re-appointed with 431.89 million votes in favour (99.82%). • Capital Mandates: – Issuance mandate allowing up to 20% new shares passed with 99.70% approval (431.37 million votes). – Share repurchase mandate for up to 10% of issued capital received 100.00% support (432.67 million votes). – Extension of the issue mandate by adding repurchased shares also gained 99.70% approval.

SGM outcome • 2026 Share Option Scheme: Adoption of the scheme and its mandate limit was approved with 363.15 million votes in favour (99.79%).

Voting and attendance • Total shares in issue at the record date: 729.90 million, all eligible to vote. • No shareholders were required to abstain, and none indicated an intention to vote against any resolution in pre-meeting circulars. • Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer. • All seven directors—including Executive Directors Mr Wong Senta, Ms Wong Ava, and Ms Wong Orangeo Wendy—attended both meetings.

Implications The decisive endorsements consolidate board continuity, reaffirm shareholder confidence in WKK International’s governance, and provide management with renewed flexibility on capital management and employee incentives for the 2026 financial year.
