海天地悦旅（01832）于最新公告中宣布，获股东大会批准授予一般授权，将在适用法规和上市规则允许的范围内，回购不超过已发行股本10%的股份。公司当前已发行股份总数约为3.6亿股，回购上限为3600万股。
公告显示，上述购回授权自2026年5月28日股东周年大会通过之日起，至下届股东周年大会结束或公司股东于其后任何大会通过决议撤销、修订该授权之时止，为一个有效期。公司董事会表示，此次回购计划资金将来自符合法律及上市规则的来源，预计有助于增强每股收益、提升股东回报与股价稳定，认为该举措符合整体及股东利益。
此外，公司指出，此次股份回购将根据香港联交所证券上市规则和公司相关规定执行，并承诺不会令公众持股量低于25%的最低要求。董事会同时强调，只有在市况及财务状况适宜的情况下才会择机行使回购权。根据公告，过去12个月，海天地悦旅股票最高交易价格为每股0.85港元，最低交易价格为每股0.43港元。
