Infinities Technology International (Cayman) Holding Limited (1961) Announces Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

Infinities Technology International (Cayman) Holding Limited (1961) announced that effective 9 February 2026, Mr. Ding Peishan will serve as an independent non-executive director. According to the announcement, Mr. Ding, aged 48, graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a major in economics and management and has over two decades of experience in investment banking, focusing on mergers and integrations in both traditional and digital finance.

Mr. Ding previously held roles including chief executive officer of Boran Enterprise Group from 2010 to 2014 and GrowCalifornia LLC from 2015 to 2018, followed by a senior partner position at J Squared Capital from 2019 to 2024. Since January 2025, he has been a senior partner at Golden Phoenix USA. He has been appointed for a three-year term with an annual remuneration of HK$420,000, subject to the company’s rotation and re-election procedures.

Following his appointment, Infinities Technology International (Cayman) Holding Limited now has three independent non-executive directors, meeting the requirements of Rules 3.10(1) and 3.10A of the Listing Rules. The board also stated that Mr. Ding meets the independence criteria set out in Rule 3.13 of the Listing Rules, with no other relationships or interests requiring disclosure.
