2026年8月17日，汇聚科技有限公司（01729）公告称，公司董事会将于2026年8月28日（星期五）召开会议，审议并通过本集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计中期业绩，并考虑派付中期股息（如有）。
公告显示，汇聚科技董事会目前由10名董事组成，具体包括4名执行董事柯天然先生、黄志权先生、庄桂荣先生及洪维澧先生；1名非执行董事王来春女士；以及5名独立非执行董事何显信先生、陆伟成先生、陈忠信先生、陈洁芬女士及胡志远博士。
此次董事会会议决定的中期业绩及分红方案（如有）结果预计将在会议结束后对外公布。
