星空华文控股有限公司（股份代号：06698，主要于香港联交所主板上市）于最新公告中披露，董事会获股东授予一般性授权，可在授权期间按不超过公司现有已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数10%的上限进行股份购回。公司已发行股份总数为398,538,168股，此次授权的回购上限约为39,853,816股。
公司指出，回购股份所需资金将来自合法可动用的内部资源，符合法律法规及上市规则的相关要求。董事会称，展开购回主要目的在于维护股东权益，并在适度降低股本规模的同时，进一步提升企业价值及股东回报。公司强调，董事会认为本次回购符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
公告显示，股东周年大会定于2026年6月18日举行，股份过户登记将于2026年6月15日至2026年6月18日暂停办理。本次议案尚待股东投票通过后方可正式实施。董事会表示，将继续关注公司运营及市场情况，在获得正式授权后视情况酌情进行股份购回。
