宜明昂科生物医药技术（上海）股份有限公司（“宜明昂科-B”，股票代码：01541）于2026年6月26日发布翌日披露报表，宣布在香港联交所场内进行股份回购。
本次回购牵涉93,400股H股，约占公告前公司已发行股本的0.0223%。回购价格介乎每股3.60港元至3.74港元，涉资合共342,122港元（折合约34.21万港元）。回购后，公司已发行股份仍为420,477,305股，其中流通股本为419,035,505股，库藏股为1,441,800股。
据公告，宜明昂科-B此前于2026年5月28日通过股份回购授权，授权总数为43,150,769股。截至目前，公司已根据相关授权累计回购1,441,800股，占回购授权获批准当日已发行股本约0.334%。
该公司在公告中表示，已就上述回购行为获得董事会正式授权，并遵守了香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由执行董事、联席公司秘书关梅签署。
