DIGITAL DOMAIN Reports Annual Loss of HK$257 Million, Narrowing by 14.3%

DIGITAL DOMAIN (00547) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The company reported revenue of HK$777 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 24.2%. The loss attributable to shareholders was HK$257 million, a decrease of 14.3% compared to the previous year. The loss per share was HK$0.0323.

According to the announcement, the loss for the year was primarily due to the recognition of non-cash expenses, including: amortization and depreciation charges; an impairment loss on goodwill and intangible assets from one cash-generating unit of HK$36.035 million (2024: nil); a fair value loss on financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss of HK$37.059 million (2024: gain of HK$6.031 million); administrative and other item expenses of HK$7.568 million related to share-based payments for options granted during the year; and an operating loss from the Media Entertainment division.
