China Healthwise Holdings Limited expects its loss attributable to owners for the year ended 31 December 2025 to shrink to between HK$1.80 million and HK$3.40 million, a sharp improvement from the HK$40.00 million loss reported for FY2024. The anticipated narrowing translates into a year-on-year reduction of approximately 92%–96%.
Management attributes the turnaround mainly to two factors:
1. An unrealised fair value gain on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss of about HK$25.00 million for FY2025, reversing the HK$4.00 million fair value loss recorded in FY2024.
2. A reversal of impairment losses under the expected credit loss model totalling roughly HK$4.00 million for FY2025, compared with an impairment charge of HK$2.00 million in FY2024.
The figures are derived from unaudited management accounts and remain subject to audit adjustments. Final results are scheduled for Board approval and public release on 27 March 2026.
The Board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until the audited results are published.
