YGM贸易（00375）18日发布盈利警告称，公司预计截至2026年3月31日止财年（“2026财年”）归属于股东的综合亏损将不超过4,000万元，而上年同期亏损约为2,400万元；按上限计算，亏损规模同比或扩大约66.7%。
公司表示，亏损扩大的主要原因包括： 1. 投资物业公允价值录得亏损； 2. 无形资产出现减值亏损。
公告同时指出，相关数据基于管理层对未经审核财务资料的初步评估，尚未经过独立核数师或审计委员会审阅，最终结果可能与当前预期存在差异。公司计划于2026年6月底披露经审核的年度业绩报告。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者，在买卖公司股份时应保持谨慎。
