美的集团（股票代码：00300）于2026年7月1日公告，实施A股股份购回。本次回购涉及1,993,939股A股，占此前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.029265%。本次回购价格区间为每股人民币73.66元至77.59元，合计耗资约人民币1.51亿元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本由6,813,498,835股减少至6,811,504,896股，库藏股数量由149,091,572股增加至151,085,511股。公司在公告中表示，其回购行为已经获得董事会正式授权批准，并符合上市规则及相关法律法规。
本公告由公司董事长、执行董事兼总裁方洪波签署。公司称，本次回购股份将继续作为库藏股持有，用于后续减少注册资本之用。
