Grace Wine Records Stable Capital Structure in July; 813.00 Million Shares Outstanding, No New Issuance

Grace Wine Holdings Limited reported no movements in its share capital for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital stood unchanged at HKD 8.00 million, representing 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001 each.

Issued share capital also remained flat at 813.00 million ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares held or cancelled during the period. Consequently, the total number of issued shares was unchanged at 813.00 million.

Grace Wine confirmed compliance with the minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares, as stipulated under GEM Rule 17.37B.

No share options were exercised, issued or cancelled in July. The existing option scheme retains a capacity for up to 67.00 million additional shares, approved by shareholders on 1 June 2018, but currently shows no outstanding options. There were no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments outstanding or exercised during the month, and no funds were raised.

Overall, July 2026 reflected a stable capital base for Grace Wine, with no equity dilution or treasury share activity and full adherence to Hong Kong listing requirements.
