Century Energy International Holdings Limited (08132) reported no change in its authorized share capital during October 2025, maintaining the maximum of 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares at HKD0.004 each. The total authorized capital remained HKD40,000,000.
The number of issued ordinary shares also remained unchanged at 2,694,465,453, with no treasury shares recorded. Under the share option scheme approved on 29 September 2021, 253,346,545 options remained outstanding, with no new shares issued pursuant to the scheme during October.
