Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited (HKEX: 00371) has completed the issuance of its 2026 Medium-Term Notes Series 2. The offering, closed on 8 May 2026, garnered RMB1.50 billion from qualified investors.
The notes carry a 1.92% annual coupon and mature in May 2031, providing a five-year tenor. Proceeds are earmarked for repaying existing interest-bearing debt and supplementing general working capital.
