CMON Limited announced the subscription results for its rights issue of 185.76 million shares. By the 25 August 2026 deadline, shareholders submitted six valid applications covering 14.41 million rights shares, representing 7.76% of the total offered.

The remaining 171.35 million unsubscribed rights shares—92.24% of the issue—will be placed with independent investors under a best-efforts arrangement managed by Yuen Meta (International) Securities Limited. The placing period runs until 6:00 p.m. on 8 September 2026. Any shares not placed will be cancelled, reducing the final size of the capital raise.

Net proceeds, if any, from placing these unsubscribed shares will be distributed pro-rata to shareholders whose entitlements were not taken up and to non-qualifying shareholders, with payments below HK$100 retained by the company.

The company reiterated that the rights issue is non-underwritten and carries no minimum subscription level. A further announcement detailing the final outcome of both the rights issue and the placing is scheduled for 15 September 2026.

CMON cautioned investors that the rights issue and placing are subject to fulfilment of stated conditions; transactions in the company’s shares before these processes become unconditional carry attendant risks.
