2026年7月6日，康圣环球（股票代码：09960）公告显示，公司于香港联交所场内回购3,000股普通股，占回购前公司已发行股本约0.00029%。本次回购价格区间介乎每股港币0.97元至0.99元，合计耗资约2,925港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本变动为1,033,839,640股，库存股份数目相应增加至7,487,000股。
根据公告，股东大会已于2026年6月5日通过购回授权，总回购限额为103,426,264股；公司目前已累计回购423,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.0409%。本次回购完成后，暂定在2026年8月5日之前暂停发行新股或出售、转让任何库存股份。
