Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (PAGODA GP) has issued a proxy form for its 2026 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Friday, 29 May 2026, at the company’s headquarters in Yantian District, Shenzhen.
The sole ordinary resolution to be put forward concerns a connected transaction: approval of supplemental and new loan agreements under which PAGODA GP proposes to provide financial assistance to its connected subsidiary, Shenzhen Pagoda Commercial Management Co., Ltd.
Shareholders may appoint the meeting chairman or another proxy to vote on their behalf. Proxy documents must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 1:30 p.m. on 28 May 2026. Joint holders will have voting rights determined by the first name appearing on the share register.
Attendance is expected to last no more than half a business day, with shareholders and proxies responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
