Celestial Asia Securities Holdings Limited (01049) disclosed its monthly return as of 28 February 2026. The total authorised ordinary share capital remained at 150,000,000 shares with a par value of HKD 0.20 each, equating to HKD 30.00 million, and the issued share capital stood unchanged at 80,698,181 shares.
