Jimu Group Limited (Jimu Group) has alerted shareholders and potential investors that it expects to post a consolidated net loss of approximately HK$6.50 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (1H2026), compared with a HK$3.90 million loss in the same period of 2025 (1H2025). The anticipated shortfall represents a year-on-year deterioration of about 66.70%.

Management attributes the larger loss primarily to a contraction in gross profit margin. During 1H2026, the Group conducted bulk wholesale transactions to clear certain side products, accepting significantly reduced profit margins to expedite inventory turnover.

The figures are based on unaudited management accounts and have not yet been reviewed by external auditors or the Board’s audit committee. Jimu Group plans to release its full interim results on 26 August 2026.
