美国国防承包商 L3Harris Technologies Inc 宣布获得美国国防部10亿美元的拟议投资，以大幅提升为美国及其盟友关键导弹提供动力的固体火箭发动机产能。
根据协议，L3Harris与国防部机构达成一项拟议投资，将通过可转换优先证券的形式向其导弹解决方案业务注资10亿美元，该证券在后续首次公开募股时将转换为普通股。
按照此交易，L3Harris计划在2026年下半年将导弹解决方案业务单元分拆上市，成立一家专注于关键推进系统的独立公司。
L3Harris董事长兼首席执行官克里斯托弗·库巴西克表示：“我们正通过打造一家纯导弹解决方案提供商，为构建当今的‘自由军火库’采取行动。近期特朗普政府的举措再次强调，在经历30年的整合浪潮后，必须加强国防工业基础并重振竞争。在L3Harris多年持续投资和运营改善的基础上，新公司将成为国防部的关键合作伙伴，共同支持威慑和击败美国对手的努力。”
交易完成后，L3Harris将保留对导弹解决方案业务的控股权。公司将于美东时间周二上午9点举行投资者会议，讨论此次合作。
