2026年2月25日，Prudential plc 保诚有限公司（股票代码：2378）发布翌日披露报表，披露近期股份回购及已发行股本变动情况。
根据公告，2月24日公司在伦敦证券交易所回购453,332股普通股，每股价格区间介于GBP 11.005至GBP 11.185，合计支付约GBP 5,024,586.96。此外，公司于同日注销了2月20日购回的250,585股，占当时已发行股份约0.009877%。注销后，公司已发行股份数量由2,537,163,092股降至2,536,912,507股。另有2月23日和2月24日回购的部分股份（合共788,412股）尚未完成注销。
公告显示，购回授权于2025年5月14日获批，可回购股份总数为262,668,701股。截至本次回购，累计购回70,317,398股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的2.69976%。公司确认本次交易遵守相关上市规则及当地适用法规，并表示在回购后30日内（至2026年3月26日）不会进行任何新的股份发行或出售库藏股计划。
