1月28日，港股上午盘三大指数高开高走，大金融股、科技股、中字头股等权重集体拉升助力大市上扬，截止午盘，恒生指数涨2.21%报27725点，创下2021年8月以来新高，国企指数涨2.37%，恒生科技指数涨1.74%。
截止午间收盘，港股期权半日成交逾67万张，其中，阿里巴巴-W成交量居首，期权成交超6.8万张；腾讯控股名列次席，期权成交超6.7万张；中国银行位居第三，期权成交超5.8万张。
内银股延续升势，中国银行、建设银行均涨超3%；期权方面，中国银行期权成交量超5.8万张，其中2月26日到期行使价4.4港元的认沽期权成交居前，成交超3.5万张；建设银行期权成交量超4.4万张，其中2月26日到期行使价7.75港元的认沽期权成交居前，成交超1.4万张。
石油股表现强势，中国海洋石油大涨近6%，股价续刷历史新高；期权方面，中国海洋石油期权成交量超2.3万张，其中1月29日到期行使价25港元的认购期权成交居前，成交超1.3万张。
