Kindstar Global Buys Back 6,000 Shares for HKD 5,607.6, Expands Treasury Stock to 9.29 Million

Kindstar Globalgene Technology, Inc. (Kindstar Global) disclosed that it repurchased 6,000 ordinary shares on 22 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Transaction details: Shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 0.925 to HKD 0.94, generating a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.9346 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 5,607.6.

• Capital structure impact: The buyback reduced the company’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) from 1.03205 billion to 1.03204 billion, a marginal 0.00058% decrease. Treasury shares rose from 9.28 million to 9.29 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.04133 billion because the repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock rather than cancelled.

• Mandate utilisation: The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which allows the company to buy back up to 103.43 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 2.22 million shares, equivalent to 0.21% of the share base at the mandate date.

• Moratorium: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Kindstar Global is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 22 October 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable Main Board Rules and that no material changes have occurred to the corresponding explanatory statement filed with the exchange.
