Nuobikan Artificial Intelligence Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. disclosed on 16 September 2026 that its Board has approved the appointment of four new deputy general managers, each tasked with a distinct functional mandate aimed at reinforcing the company’s organisational depth and governance.
• Operations: Zhou Qi, aged 40, becomes Deputy General Manager (Operations). Since joining Nuobikan in September 2021, Zhou has advanced from Human Resources Manager to Assistant to the Chairman. She will now oversee overall operations, human-resources strategy, talent development, government and state-owned enterprise relations, and subsidiary governance. Her prior experience includes senior HR roles at Chengdu Jiacheng Xinyue Property Management Group and administrative leadership at Sichuan Modern Arts Vocational College. Zhou holds a bachelor’s degree in Musicology from Sichuan Normal University.
• Administration: Luo Shaoqiong, aged 45, is appointed Deputy General Manager (Administration). A Nuobikan employee since May 2018, Luo will steer the administrative management system, qualification and certification processes, government project applications and intellectual-property management. She holds a diploma in Administrative Management from The Open University of China and an Intermediate Certificate in Enterprise Human Resources Management.
• Brand Marketing: Lin Ganlu, aged 28, assumes the role of Deputy General Manager (Brand Marketing). Lin joined the company in September 2020 and has led brand marketing to date. Her expanded remit includes oversight of proprietary communication channels, content strategy, media relations and external publicity initiatives. Lin earned a bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Technology from Sichuan Technology and Business University.
• Risk Control: Lei Shijun, aged 32, is named Deputy General Manager (Risk Control). Currently Head of Legal Affairs since July 2022, Lei manages legal, compliance and stakeholder liaison activities and serves as a supervisor at subsidiary Shaanxi Huibohang’an Intelligent Technology. Previous roles include legal management positions at Zhongding Guozhong’s Zhejiang branch and Qishitong Group. Lei holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Law from North China University of Science and Technology and possesses a Class A Legal Professional Qualification Certificate as well as a Senior Corporate Compliance Officer credential.
Remuneration for all four executives will align with Nuobikan’s senior management pay policies. The company confirmed that none of the appointees holds shares in Nuobikan, maintains related-party relationships with major shareholders or directors, or occupies board or supervisory roles at other listed companies.
These appointments, effective immediately upon Board resolution, are intended to bolster Nuobikan’s operational efficiency, administrative robustness, brand visibility and compliance oversight as the company continues to scale its artificial-intelligence technology business.
