Fourace Industries Group Holdings Limited (01455) reported its monthly return for the period ended 30 November 2025. The authorized share capital remained at HKD100,000,000, comprising 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a nominal value of HKD0.01 each.
As of the end of November 2025, the total number of issued ordinary shares stood at 1,278,562,500, reflecting no change from the prior month. According to the Company’s share option scheme approved on 21 August 2020, up to 125,000,000 shares may be issued or transferred out of treasury upon the exercise of options. No new shares were issued under this scheme during the month.
