泽景股份(02632)8月16日公告称，经对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目及现有资料的初步评估，公司预计报告期内将录得以下业绩： 1. 按国际会计准则计，税前亏损约4.02亿元至4.22亿元，同比增加65.9%至74.2%； 2. 归属于母公司拥有人的亏损约4.04亿元至4.24亿元，同比增加60.9%至68.8%。
公司表示，亏损扩大主要由于首次公开发售前发行的可转换优先股公允价值变动，系公司在上市前估值上升导致优先股价值增加。此外，上市开支及海外业务拓展投入增加亦对亏损造成轻微影响。
泽景股份称，相关财务数据仍有待董事会审计委员会审阅及最终确认，并将在2026年8月26日披露完整的中期业绩。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
