Former Goldman Sachs Partner Jerry Lee Appointed Co-Head of Global Healthcare Investment Banking at JPMorgan

JPMorgan Chase (JPM.US) has named Jerry Lee (Li Yibin) and Nick Richitt as Global Co-Heads of Healthcare Investment Banking. According to an internal memo, the two bankers will succeed Jeremy Meilman, who has been promoted to Vice Chairman of Investment Banking and will dedicate more time to serving key healthcare clients. Jerry Lee joined JPMorgan in the first quarter of this year. He previously spent over 19 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was promoted to partner in 2020 and served as Global Head of Biopharma Investment Banking and Healthcare Investment Banking before his departure. Throughout his career, Lee has advised on announced mergers and acquisitions totaling more than $300 billion. Jerry Lee earned a bachelor's degree from Yale University in 1999 and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2007.
