In the month ended 28 February 2026, TAI KAM HLDGS (08321) increased its authorised ordinary share capital from 400.00 million shares to 2.00 billion shares at a par value of HKD 0.05 per share. This change raised the authorised share capital from HKD 20.00 million to HKD 100.00 million.
