ISP Holdings Limited has released its 2025 Annual Report, two circulars dated 20 April 2026, and related proxy forms. All documents are now available on the company website (www.isp-hk.com.hk) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company will convene two physical meetings at 3/F, Hay Nien Building, No. 1 Tai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong: • Special General Meeting: 15 May 2026 (Friday) at 10:30 a.m. • Annual General Meeting: 29 May 2026 (Friday) at 10:30 a.m.

Shareholders who previously chose hard-copy delivery will receive printed versions of the current corporate communications in their selected language. Those encountering difficulties with online access may request printed copies free of charge through Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai) or via investor@isp-hk.com.hk.

The 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report is published exclusively in electronic format. A printed copy can be obtained on request through the same registrar contacts.

In line with HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A, ISP Holdings has adopted a mandatory electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications. Both English and Chinese versions will be posted on the company and HKEX websites. Shareholders preferring printed copies—or wishing to change language or delivery method—must submit the enclosed reply form or email their request; such instructions will remain valid for one year from receipt.

To ensure timely notification of future publications, shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address via the personalized QR code on the reply form or by emailing the registrar. Absent a valid email address, shareholders may miss electronic alerts and will need to check the designated websites proactively; actionable corporate communications will then be sent in printed form.

Enquiries can be directed to the shareholder hotline at (852) 2635 8290 during business hours (9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
