2026年7月27日，友宝在线（股票代码：02429）于香港联交所披露翌日报表，宣布于当日回购股份。公告显示，本次回购股份数量为10.30万股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）约0.01%，每股回购价格介乎每股2.20港元至2.24港元，合计动用资金约22.90万港元。
本次回购后，公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）减少至937,506,503股，库藏股增至9,005,500股，总发行股本维持在946,512,003股。此前，公司已于2026年5月28日通过股份购回授权，授权可回购股份总数为94,651,200股，已根据该授权累计回购9,005,500股，占授权通过日公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）数目的约0.95%。根据公告，公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则等相关法规要求。
