黛丽斯国际有限公司在截至2025年12月31日止的上半年实现营收约5.01亿港元，同比下滑22.1%。毛利率从上年同期的18.8%微降至18.4%。销售及分销开支由2,713万港元下降至1,756万港元，而一般及行政开支则由1.09亿港元增至1.15亿港元。
经调整净亏损为3,920万港元。管理层指出，收入下滑主要受核心客户订单减少所致，同时部分固定成本难以分摊也对整体利润率造成一定压力。
业务分项
报告期内，美国市场营收占比约72%，欧洲市场占比12%，其他市场合计占比16%。生产方面，亚洲（中国除外）的海外生产基地占整体产能的86%，中国境内产能占14%，多区域布局为后续业务调整提供了灵活性。
