百胜中国控股有限公司（“本公司”，09987）于2026年2月3日发布翌日披露报表，宣布在2026年2月2日于香港及美国市场合计回购80,026股股份，并向股份计划参与人发行116股新股。
本次回购于香港市场涉及20,100股，每股价格区间为每股港币382.8至388元，合计支付约港币7,739,750.22元；于美国市场回购59,926股，每股价格区间为每股美元49.51至50.36元，合计支付约美元2,999,955.49元。根据公告，已回购股份占公司有关回购事项前已发行股本的约0.02%。此外，公司同时发行116股新股予股份计划参与人，变动后本公司已发行股本为354,381,946股。
公告显示，公司回购授权获股东于2025年5月23日通过，授权总额为37,239,649股。截至目前，公司已累计回购19,910,628股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约5.35%。公司确认上述交易遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例。
