本季度信息
三和建筑集团公布截至2025年9月30日止上半年财务数据，营收约4.70亿港元，同比上升约21%。经调整净利润约0.47亿港元，上年同期为约0.03亿港元，增幅显著。同期毛利从上年同期约0.58亿港元提升至约0.89亿港元，毛利率由14.9%增长至18.9%。经营活动产生的现金净额约0.90亿港元，相比上年同期的约0.43亿港元增长逾110%。管理费用约0.25亿港元，与上年同期基本持平，主要财务成本净额同比下降，部分原因在于关键时段香港银行同业拆息利率下行。
业务分项
从主要在建项目来看，大屿山公营机构发展项目在期内占到公司营收的70%，该项目工程进度理想，带动整体收入增长。元朗南项目与其他项目分别贡献约25%与5%，新签的元朗朗边项目于期末才启动，对收入贡献暂时有限。公司近期陆续赢得公营房屋等项目，优势工程在手订单带动合同储备稳步提升。
下个财报期展望
公司预计下半年新中标的公营房屋发展项目将逐步贡献收入，同时在香港整体经济放缓和房产市场低迷的背景下，将继续保持审慎的财务及营运管理，以确保核心项目顺利推进，努力争取更多项目投标机会。
