TATA健康（股票代码：01255）于香港联合交易所上市，董事会近日宣布拟授予董事一般授权，最多可购回不超过公司已发行股本总数10%的股份。根据公告，公司当前已发行股本为242,845,000股，本次回购规模最高可达24,284,500股。
公告显示，该回购计划将由内部合法资金支付，并依据开曼群岛公司法律及香港上市规则进行。董事会认为，适时灵活地实施回购，有助于提高每股股份价值，符合公司及全体股东的整体最佳利益。此外，公司表示，建议的购回不会对日常营运或财务状况构成重大不利影响。
本次购回授权尚待股东大会审议，其有效期将持续至下届股东周年大会结束或被股东撤回之日为止。公司亦计划在2026年5月20日召开股东周年大会，并将于5月15日至5月20日期间暂停办理股份过户登记。董事会呼吁股东适时关注后续公告及大会决议事项。若获通过，董事会将在市况许可及资金状况良好的情况下进行购回操作。公司强调，此举旨在优化资本结构并进一步回馈投资者。
