招金矿业(01818)在2026年6月1日举行的年度股东会上，正式通过了截至2025年12月31日止年度的利润分配方案。公司将派发末期股息每股人民币0.10元（未除税）。
根据决议，本次股息将派付予2026年6月9日（星期二）名列公司股东名册的股东。内资股股息以人民币派付，H股股息则以港元派付。按中国人民银行于2026年6月1日前一周公布的人民币兑港元汇率中间价平均值0.871316元计算，每股H股末期股息金额为0.114769港元（未除税）。
公司已委任收款代理人处理H股股息支付，H股股东的股息证预计由香港中央证券登记有限公司于2026年6月30日（星期二）或之前以平邮方式寄发。
在代扣代缴所得税方面，公司将为非居民企业H股股东代扣代缴10%的企业所得税。对于H股个人股东，将根据居住地适用的税收协定或安排执行代扣代缴：如香港、澳门居民等适用10%税率，部分协定股息税率低于10%的按协定办理，其他多数情形按20%税率代扣代缴。
